Diversity Mark
Diversity Mark and work with Learning Workz
This term we have started to further develop our diversity, equality and inclusion journey. We are working towards the Diversity Mark and projects with the Learning Workz organisation. As we work towards achieving our Bronze Award, we have already began to touch on the standards in the silver award with the introduction of our new CUSP curriculum.
" CUSP is underpinned by evidence, research and cognitive science. Modules are deliberately
sequenced for robust progression and allows teachers to focus on the lesson".
At St Mary's we celebrate our similarities as well as our differences and all children, staff and families ensure that our approach is lived out.
