As writers, we are learning to develop settings, characters and atmosphere through precise description, we will also sustain the first-person perspective and use cohesive devices.

As mathematicians, we are building on experience of interpreting data in context from Year 5 and using scales to read information accurately.

As scientists, we are learning to describe how living things are classified into broad groups according to common observable characteristics and based on similarities and differences.

As theologists, we are learning about the Kingdom of God and what type of king Jesus was.

Home Reading

We choose our own Accelerated reader books and aim to read them at home 5 nights a week. When we finish our book, we can take a quiz either at home or at school. So far this year as a class, we have read:

Useful Information

- Our PE day is Friday.

- Our music lesson is every Monday.

- Homework is set on a Monday and must be returned by Friday.
