My name is Hayley Doyle and I am the Family Support Worker here at St Mary’s Primary School. I have been working with families for the last 15 years across the West Midlands and I have three children myself so I can understand how difficult and challenging it can be.
I have been employed by the school to work as part of the staff team, however my role is quite different from other staff.
I’m here to provide support, advice and information to families. I can help you with any worries you may have in relation to your child’s education, behavior and wellbeing or just someone to talk to!
I’m available every day from 8am to 4.30pm except on Fridays.
I can help parents and carers with any issues that impact on daily family life, whether it’s for advice about housing, money, debt, budgeting, benefits, back to work support and training, or support with problems such as children’s behaviour and routines, relationship and domestic abuse problems, physical and mental health issues or any other matter that may be worrying you.
I can either meet with you at school or a home visit can be arranged.
At St Mary's we promote a Multi Agency approach where support can be delivered, professionals can meet and effective communication can be achieved.
All my support is confidential and impartial. I may not have all the answers, but hopefully I can help you work out how to find them!
You can contact me via school on 01562 824327 or just ask for me at reception.
